  2. Act 1 Scene 3

Lady Capulet is very to the point and just wants an answer. She seem's less considerate of her daughter's decisions compared to her husbund who descibes Juliet as the "hopeful lady of his earth".

  3. Behold has connotations of a happy and fuitfull relationship, in this case between Paris and Juliet."Feast" implies a celebratory atmosphere to this scene, however this has been embedded by Shakespeare, to correlate how Lady Capulet perhaps wants to see Juliet "eat in" to Paris, perhaps to get to know him before the wedding.

  4. This quote appears in Act 1 Scene 3. Just after Capulet and Paris spoke (QA1). Lady Capulet says that 'Can you love him, you will meet him tonight'. Which shows how the family want her to marry him due to his wealth and background. Although they have not met yet, but LC says she will meet him at the ball and expects her to like him.

  11. Thi quote is in act one scene 3. After Juliet has been told about Paris' request t marry her. the scene before is when Capulet and Paris are talking about Juliet. After this scene Mercrucio encourages Romeo and his friends to go to the ball. Do you think that you will love him? the word 'gentelman' shows us that Paris is quite a lot older then her, and he is mature, contrasting to Juliet as a child that is a 'stranger to the world'
